The heater could not warm the unit. It was very, very cold all night. There were wires hanging out of the wall where there should’ve been a smoke alarm. The shower had absolutely no forced to it whatsoever just a trickle. We’re talking Chicago in the dead of winter, and there was only a sheet and very small blanket on each bed. Was the worst night I’ve spent in a hotel for forever.
Breakfast was ok
There is no toiletries. Nothing at all even hand soap.
Not much, no curtain at the windows to block morning light, no phone in room to call front desk, no room service. no one made my bed or changed my towels
